About The Position

Advance your career by leading the Allergy department and enhancing patient care at the #1 hospital in Wisconsin. We are seeking a Clinic Manager / RN Clinic Manager to direct and evaluate the Allergy department’s workforce including staff scheduling and performance. Prepare operating budgets, including volume projections, expenses and revenue estimates. Utilize data and metrics to lead the day-to-day clinical operations and coordination of patient care services in an ambulatory setting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare management, business, or related health field
• Two (2) years of healthcare operations supervisory/management experience or three (3) years of progressive relevant leadership experience. An equivalent and relevant combination of Master’s level education, fellowship, or experience may be considered in lieu of total experience
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) where patients are receiving care or may work as eligible per state licensing regulations Preferred

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred
• Five years progressive relevant supervisory/management experience Preferred
• Previous clinic/healthcare management experience Preferred
