About The Position

Advance your career by leading the Allergy department and enhancing patient care at the #1 hospital in Wisconsin. We are seeking a Clinic Manager / RN Clinic Manager to: Direct and evaluate the Allergy department’s workforce including staff scheduling and performance. Prepare operating budgets, including volume projections, expenses and revenue estimates. Utilize data and metrics to lead the day-to-day clinical operations and coordination of patient care services in an ambulatory setting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare management, business, or related health field
• Two (2) years of healthcare operations supervisory/management experience or three (3) years of progressive relevant leadership experience.
• An equivalent and relevant combination of Master’s level education, fellowship, or experience may be considered in lieu of total experience
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) where patients are receiving care or may work as eligible per state licensing regulations

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Five years progressive relevant supervisory/management experience
• Previous clinic/healthcare management experience
