About The Position
Coordinate and/or supervise patient care by other professionals on your team. Perform infusion duties as assigned. Attainment of clinical standards and the advancement of professional practice is the focus of the position.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Nursing or higher
- Current Minnesota RN License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Exception: inability to complete certification process related to health condition: must complete education portion of Basic Life Support
- Additional Chemo/Infusion training and/or certification as determined by department
- Verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, patients/families, and community resources.
- Adherence to safety and quality standards.
