Requirements

In-state Registered Nurse License in good standing
Expertise in geriatric or subacute nursing
Proficiency in medication and treatment administration
In-depth knowledge of COMAR and CMS guidelines
Familiarity with Office of Health Care Quality standards
Proven track record of positive leadership
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to partner effectively with team members
Talent for coaching and counseling direct reports
Hands-on experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
Proficient computer skills
Ability to navigate and utilize EMR systems efficiently
