About The Position
Mercer Home Health Care, a leading provider of skilled home healthcare service throughout Mercer County, is seeking an experienced Per Diem RN Home Care Nurse to join our team. The RN will interact with the entire home care team and is responsible for direct patient care. There is an option for the Part-time/ Per Diem RN to case manage as well.
Requirements
- Current NJ RN License
- Minimum of 1 year home healthcare or equivalent experience (medical surgical care)
- Excellent clinical skills
- Knowledge of current clinical practices
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Basic Computer skills
- Available for weekend, holiday rotations
