About The Position

St. Mary Home Care has a full-time opening for a Primary Care Nurse for Home Care services for the Langhorne, Newtown and greater Bucks area. As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you’ll provide in-home skilled nursing care to patients by developing personalized care plans, administering medications and supporting recovery and independence. Requirements

• Graduate of an approved nursing education program
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of PA
• One (1) year experience as a professional care nurse
• Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work a weekend rotation once monthly & 2 holidays annually
