We are seeking a Pay Per Visit - PRN RN Case Manager to complete Start of Cares and Re-certs. PurposeCare and its affiliate companies are bringing healthcare home. Requirements

Current license with the state Board of Nursing
1 year of nursing experience is required
Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing
Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation
Ability to successfully complete a background check
