About The Position

We are seeking an RN Care Team Leader (CTL) to be a front-line nursing leader with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. This role requires previous OR experience. The CTL will assess unit needs and ensure adequate resources for current and upcoming shifts, collaborate with other departments (both clinical and non-clinical), and coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges in a timely manner. You will be working at East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI.

Requirements

Previous OR experience is required.
2 years relevant nursing experience Required
Registration as a professional nurse in the State of Wisconsin Required
CPR certification Required

Nice To Haves

Baccalaureate degree in nursing Preferred
3 years relevant nursing experience Preferred
National certification in relevant specialty Preferred
