Use your excellent communication and advocacy skills to partner with patients, families, physicians and colleagues to develop, implement, and monitor a comprehensive plan of care which includes health promotion, disease prevention, and disease management activities. Requirements

  • Three years of recent clinical experience required.
  • Active PA RN license required.
  • Associates Degree OR BSN required upon hire; if Associates, BSN required within 3 years of hire

Nice To Haves

  • Leadership experience preferred.
  • Master’s Degree preferred.
