Requirements

  • Must have graduated from a nursing program.
  • Current License in the state of Georgia as a registered nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
  • BLS Certification is required. Must obtain certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.

  • Previous hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across the lifespan, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
  • Care for patients with a variety of cardiovascular conditions.
  • Develop advanced cardiac monitoring skills.
  • Gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, clinically rewarding setting.
  • Function within the framework of organizational policies, professional nursing standards, and evidence-based practice while demonstrating accountability, compassion, and clinical excellence.
  • Coordinate patient care activities.
