About The Position
The Cardiac Telemetry 2&8 Step Down Unit at Edward Main Hospital in Naperville is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for night shifts. This position involves working 36 hours per week, from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, with rotating weekends and holidays. Requirements
- Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
- 1+ years' of RN experience in an inpatient unit setting
- Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
- Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Must graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date if Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within one year of start date into position
- Stroke Scale Certification (NIHSS) within one year of start date into position
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care on the Cardiac Telemetry 2&8 Step Down Unit.
- Work night shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am.
- Rotate weekends and holidays as required.
