About The Position

Stella Maris, a leader in eldercare for nearly 70 years, is seeking qualified individuals to join its team. The organization provides excellent clinical and residential services within a community of compassionate care, witnessing God’s healing love for all people. The team includes nurses, certified geriatric nursing assistants, social workers, chaplains, therapists, and other caregivers and support staff. This specific opening is for a Registered Nurse (RN) on the Night Shift, from 11pm-7am.

Requirements

• RN licensure in the State of Maryland
• Current Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in LTC strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Participates in assessment of patients and assists in the coordination, implementation and evaluation of care for patients and their families.
• Provides supervision and coaching to nursing assistants
• Responsible for accurate documentation of medical records according to established guidelines
