About The Position
An exciting opportunity is available in a cardiac catheterization lab, focusing on dynamic pre and post-procedure care as well as recovery in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). This fast-paced environment involves the treatment of patients with various conditions, including vascular, electrical conduction, coronary diseases, and structural heart diagnoses.
Requirements
- Current RN license (New York license only).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Telemetry experience.
- Recent experience in CVICU/Cardiac Care or PACU is required.
Nice To Haves
- Cath lab experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and procedural support in both acute and non-acute situations.
- Assist in preparing patients for procedures and monitoring their recovery.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective patient care.
