About The Position
The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Cardiac Cath Lab will be responsible for providing patient care during cardiac catheterization procedures. The RN will collaborate with the medical team to deliver quality care and activate emergency procedures when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years cath lab experience.
- Valid RN license and certifications in BLS and ACLS.
Nice To Haves
- RCIS / CVRN certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Circulate cardiac cath and structural cases with proficiency in cath lab equipment and procedures.
- Provide moderate sedation monitoring and management.
- Assist physicians by scrubbing for procedures when necessary.
- Monitor patient vital signs and manage any changes during procedures.
