About The Position

This position involves providing care in a challenging and dynamic environment, specifically coordinating and circulating various cases in a clinical setting. The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for monitoring cases and ensuring a high standard of patient care.

Requirements

• Current nursing license valid in the state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required.

Nice To Haves

• The nurse will begin taking calls toward the end of the orientation period.

Responsibilities

• Circulate and monitor patient cases, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
• Participate in various cases including cardiac, peripheral, neuro, and trauma embolization.
• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals, including scrub techs and other nursing staff.
• Utilize the GE MacLab/Combo Lab Hemodynamic Monitoring System effectively during procedures.
• Manage daily case loads that typically vary between 5 to 15 cases, depending on operational demands.
• Engage in ongoing training and orientation, ensuring competency in independent case management by the end of the orientation period.
