Work Schedule: 60% FTE, day/evening shift. Operational hours of the Prep/Recovery Cath Lab/EP Lab are 5:30am to 7:00pm. We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to: Provide specialized pre- and post-procedure care for adult patients undergoing cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology, structural heart, and interventional nephrology procedures in UW Health's nationally recognized Heart & Vascular program. Care for a diverse patient population in a 12-bed prep/recovery unit, utilizing strong intermediate care (IMC) assessment skills while preparing patients for procedures, recovering post-procedure patients, and caring for select higher-acuity patients, including STEMI and TAVR patients requiring extended recovery. Collaborate with an expert multidisciplinary team including interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists, anesthesiologists, cardiovascular technologists, and Cath Lab nurses to deliver safe, efficient, patient- and family-centered care.
