About The Position
This is a travel nursing position for an RN in the PCU/BURN unit in Kansas City, Missouri. The shift is nights, from 19:00 to 07:00, for a 13-week contract. Burn experience is preferred but not a requirement.
Requirements
- Experience with ICU/PCU level of care
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certified
- Cardiac rhythm proficient
- NIH certified
- Hemodynamic monitoring
- Hemodynamic drip titration proficient
Nice To Haves
- Burn experience
- ABLS certification
Responsibilities
- Debridement
- Dressing changes
- Line insertion
- Chest tube insertions and maintenance
- Post-op procedural care
