The Willamette Valley Cancer Institute and Research Center, Central Oregon’s largest privately-owned Cancer Care and Research Center is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Navigator to join our multidisciplinary breast care team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with breast surgeons, oncologists, radiologists, and other specialists to provide personalized, seamless care for patients throughout their breast health journey—from diagnosis and surgery to treatment and survivorship. As a key advocate and guide, you will help patients navigate complex medical decisions, identify and address barriers to care, and ensure smooth transitions across all phases of treatment. Your expertise will empower patients with the education, resources, and emotional support they need to feel confident and cared for every step of the way. This position aligns with the standards set by the National Consortium of Breast Centers (NCBC) and recognizes the Breast Health Clinical Navigator (BHCN) Certification as a benchmark of excellence in breast care navigation. Putting our patients above all is at the core of WVCI’s mission, this position will mainly support the Oregon Surgical Wellness clinic in Springfield, Oregon. The general pay scale for this position at WVCI is $42-$67.00.
