About The Position

This role involves supervising, coordinating, and providing leadership for nursing department operations. The RN Assistant Manager will oversee associate activities, manage daily patient access needs, deliver quality patient care, and ensure the implementation of clinical objectives. This includes hiring, training, developing, and evaluating staff, delegating duties, and collaborating with leadership to maintain and improve processes. The position also involves participation in quality initiatives and auditing projects.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
Previous leadership experience needed

Responsibilities
