About The Position

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Ambulatory Care / Vascular Surgery Clinic setting. The RN will perform patient assessments, triage, patient education, and support physicians while ensuring high-quality outpatient care and efficient clinic operations.

Requirements

• Active New York State RN License
• Current BLS Certification
• Minimum 1.5 years of recent acute care experience within the last 2 years
• Strong patient assessment and clinical decision-making skills
• Experience in hospitals of similar size or trauma centers
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently in a busy outpatient environment

Nice To Haves

• Ambulatory Care or Outpatient Clinic experience
• Vascular Surgery clinic experience
• EPIC EMR experience
• Prior nursing triage experience

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in an outpatient vascular surgery clinic
• Perform patient assessments, triage, and clinical evaluations
• Support physicians during patient visits and procedures
• Monitor patient conditions and treatment responses
• Coordinate patient flow and clinic operations
• Educate patients regarding procedures, treatments, and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and patient safety standards
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
