About The Position

As a RN Acute Care at our client, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance, direction, and support to ensure a safe and efficient patient care environment. You will also be involved in staff development and problem-solving to enhance patient care quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Nursing Informatics (1+ years)
• Registered Nurse (RN) in New Hampshire (NH) or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
• American Red Cross Advanced Life Support (ARC ALS), American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS), or Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance, direction, consultation, and problem-solving regarding patient care issues and business continuity
• Communicates problems that may compromise patient care to the appropriate departmental leadership
• Ensure a safe, effective and efficient patient care environment
• Support staff development through partnership with our clinical educator and informatics nurse through participation in education, informatics, quality and patient safety, professional development
