About The Position

Logan Health is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for their Acute Care Unit (ACU). This is a fast-paced 40-bed unit that provides care to patients with a wide variety of medical conditions, including COPD, CHF, sepsis, diabetes, kidney disease, dementia, gastrointestinal disorders, and complex wounds. The unit also cares for post-surgical patients and serves as a step-down destination for patients transitioning from higher levels of care. Nurses on this unit will coordinate care for numerous diagnostic tests and procedures, manage a high volume of admissions and discharges, and engage in interdisciplinary collaboration. This role offers the opportunity to develop strong assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills. Requirements

  • Current Montana RN license (or compact license) required
  • CPR/BLS certification required
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Compassion for geriatric and medically complex patients
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment

  • Previous Med/Surg experience preferred
