About The Position

The RMS (Risk Management and Sourcing) Administrator will contribute to the execution of administrative and reporting operations, as well as the information control plan. We are looking for a professional to manage our systems and data management, communication with key internal and external stakeholders, facilitation of operational processes and reporting, and to develop and foster relationships with the internal client.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Intermediate English level.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SAP.

Nice To Haves

• Intermediate knowledge in Power BI.
• Equivalent experience in similar functions.

Responsibilities

• Execute and extract value from operational data and reports, in relation to control and analysis systems and practices.
• Execute work plans for defined processes; maintain accurate data in systems; facilitate the loading, validation, and control of information (SAP, Costko, CNC); manage operational and payment incidents following established processes.
• Foster strategic relationships with internal and external suppliers and explore new opportunities following the established operational strategy; continuously optimize process efficiency.
• Support the area's vision by gathering information from key stakeholders, such as internal teams, finance, suppliers, and business stakeholders, ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, including ticket handling and payment incident resolution, while escalating more complex issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Other duties assigned, including preparation and distribution of reports and master data administration.
