About The Position

The Employee Housing Facilities Coordinator will assist the Employee Housing Manager with the day-to-day operations of employee housing—planning and coordinating maintenance, tracking preventive maintenance schedules, liaising with vendors, and ensuring all facilities comply with resort policies, OH&S standards, and relevant regulations. They also address facility-related concerns and support continuous improvements to housing infrastructure. This is a full time year round position. Hourly rate based on skills and experience

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada. Can provide SIN documentation

Responsibilities

  • Track and prioritize maintenance requests and follow ups
  • Coordinate with Facilities and third-party trades
  • Support inspections, safety checks and asset tracking
  • Provide input for capital upgrades and preventative maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with OH&S safety standards and all housing-related legal requirements
