Explore whats next with us at novabiomedical.com or aicompanies.com About the role The RMA Coordinator Responsible for receiving and processing returned materials (RMAs) in accordance with SOPs and Universal Precautions, coordinating transfer to Salvage, and communicating effectively with multiple departments while working independently. Requirements

  • Experience with SAP.
  • Understanding of QSM requirements (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Understanding of Blood Borne Pathogen safety requirements and Universal Precautions.
  • Very well-organized.
  • Highly detail oriented.
  • The ability to communicate with multiple departments.
  • Ability to work independently, with little to no supervision.
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year working with SAP
  • Able to lift 20 lbs without problem
  • Able to Sit and Stand for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

  • Process returned material (RMA) using SAP and BPCS (as necessary).
  • Communicate and resolve issues pertaining to processing of RMAs.
  • Decontaminate returned material.
  • Follow Universal Precautions.
  • In addition, follow processes deemed necessary for employee safety by the Supervisor.
