Requirements

• High School Diploma
• At least one year’s working in manufacturing, shipping & receiving, or customer service.
• Must have the ability to be highly detailed in a fast work environment.
• Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Nice To Haves

• Technical training/experience working with electronics

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and liaison between repairs, sales, and customer success teams to coordinate the return of customer products with an elevated level of professionalism.
• Create a positive and helpful customer experience.
• Receive and process all product returns and repairs, managing customer interactions received via multiple channels and communicating effectively to understand customer requirements, set customer expectations, and strengthening customer relationships.
• Organize on-time shipments/orders of replacement/repaired customer products, maintain and track product backlog.
• Assist in Incoming Quality Inspection Report Population and management.
• Drive warranty cost reduction initiatives
• Validate warranty status
• Manage disposition of returned items for: refurbishment, supplier RMA, Disposal
