About The Position

The RMA Coordinator will act as a primary customer interface for product returns. Oversee and direct activities related to processing customer returns. Validate warranties and authorize return of product. Coordinate product evaluations and ensure timely processing of all customer returns. Who are we? Requirements

  • Experience working in a high reliability / aerospace manufacturing environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail: ability to prioritize demands and multi-task to complete objectives
  • Ability to interface with customers to deliver information in a clear and concise manner regarding financial and product matters
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: ability to build relationships with customers and internal personnel
  • Proactive order management skills and a sound understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Strong resolution management skills: ability to effectively resolve escalated issues with customers
  • Solid computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5-8 years professional experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Solid knowledge of ERP systems
  • Solid knowledge of RMA/warranty/repair process

Responsibilities

  • Acts as primary Internal interface for product returns members
  • Authorizes and approves customer Return Material Authorization (RMA) requests
  • Conduct test evaluations
  • Enters RMA authorizations into ERP system
  • Coordinates movement of RMA product throughout the evaluation and repair process
