Requirements

Good physical health and absence of chronic pain or injury.
Tolerance to working in a very hot environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience in guest services, the wellness, hospitality (yoga, dance, theater) or tourism industry.
Exposure/knowledge of aromatherapy, self-care practices, and wellness initiatives.
Affinity with nature and enjoy learning about herbs and plants.
Interest in a healthy lifestyle and the world of wellness in general.

Responsibilities

Perform daily rituals and treatments to spa guests, ensuring an unforgettable experience, including guided meditations, steam room body-treatment facilitation, guiding stretching in a sauna, and Aufguss (a sauna ritual involving towel waving, aromatherapy, and music).
Provide impeccable customer experience according to brand standards.
Participate in the creation of new rituals and integrate treatments from around the world.
Participate in continuous training and development.
Follow daily processes and rituals.
Facilitate yoga-inspired stretching and guided meditations.
Facilitate body treatments in steam rooms.
Participate in organizing events, seminars, and workshops.
Participate in opening and closing activities, ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the premises.
Perform any other related duties.
