The purpose of this position is to maintain quality standards and product levels of all fresh baked artisan bread products in the Bakery. This person will be mixing, shaping, scoring, and baking artisan breads, receiving and storing product, and providing exceptional customer service. This position works early overnight/early morning shifts. This position requires availability to work weekends and holidays.
