About The Position

As an RIT Co-op student, you will join the Cybersecurity, Governance, & Risk team to support the system with governance, risk management, compliance, and IT audit response services. This is a hybrid, full-time, Monday-through-Friday daytime co-op. The double-block co-op begins in January 2027 and concludes in August 2027. Applicants must remain enrolled as students at the Rochester Institute of Technology for the entire co-op experience. The role is in the Information Security - Cybersecurity, Governance, & Risk department.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled as a student at the Rochester Institute of Technology for the entire co-op experience.
• Have a background in a field of study that coincides with the department utilizing the co-op.

Nice To Haves

• Depending on the department, specific skills or qualifications may be preferred. For Information Technology, a background in programming, analysis, and testing of information systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work under the direct supervision of a professional with a limited scope of responsibility.
• Gain experiences directly related to the student's course of study and career interests.
• Participate in active engagement and meaningful activities.
