We’re looking for a Risk Specialist - Policy Management to join our ever-evolving Enterprise Risk Management team and help shape the future of global commerce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, risk management, finance, compliance, law, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in policy governance, risk, compliance, internal controls, or a similar area.
  • Hands-on experience with policy lifecycle management, approvals, and exception handling processes.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly engage and collaborate across teams.
  • Highly organized and analytical, with a proven ability to manage priorities, track metrics, and improve processes.
  • Must be able to work hybrid, minimum of 3 days a week from either our Alpharetta, GA or Cincinnati, OH offices.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future immigration sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in large, complex, or regulated environments, with familiarity in governance tools and policy/workflow systems.
  • Solid understanding of Enterprise risk frameworks and the ability to create polished, executive-ready materials for senior leaders or committees.
  • Detail-oriented and quality-driven, with experience developing training, guidance, and communications to support governance adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Help design, maintain, and improve the company’s policy governance framework, including standards, procedures, and the Policy on Policies.
  • Guide Policy Owners on lifecycle management, compliance, exceptions, and governance requirements.
  • Ensure policies meet quality, formatting, and governance standards.
  • Manage approvals and escalate risks, gaps, or delays when needed.
  • Keep an accurate, centralized policy inventory and track key metrics like status, reviews, compliance, and exceptions.
  • Support governance operations by preparing committee materials, improving processes, and creating clear guidance, training, and communications.
