About The Position

Helpside has been supporting small to medium-sized businesses for over 30 years by providing Payroll, HR, Workers’ Compensation, and Benefits solutions. Our goal is to support our clients so they can focus on growing their businesses without worrying about employee administration. The Risk Management Specialist will assist the Risk Management team with administrative responsibilities crucial for servicing clients.

Requirements

  • Well organized and detail oriented.
  • Intermediate mathematical and data analysis skills.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Risk management and/or insurance experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and process payments for clients' workers' compensation policies.
  • Provide proof of workers' compensation insurance upon client request.
  • Provide administrative support to the safety director, including tracking client safety certifications and producing, printing, and laminating them.
  • Generate reports for clients needed for insurance audits.
  • Administer Helpside's cyber security training.
  • Manage Helpside's bonding insurance needs.
