Turner & Townsend is looking for an experienced Risk Manager to join their growing team. This role will support large-scale construction projects, focusing on managing risks and opportunities to ensure successful project delivery. The position involves maintaining visibility of threats and opportunities, using risk data to inform investment planning, monitoring overall risk exposure, and collaborating with contractors on risk assessments. The Risk Manager will be responsible for producing timely risk reports, conducting quantitative risk assessments, and improving risk management services for the client. This role requires undertaking end-to-end project risk management practices, creating risk management plans, and conducting regular risk reviews. A key aspect of the role is leading comprehensive schedule and cost-effective risk assessment processes and integrating the risk management function within the program and project controls team. The position also involves collaborating with project control teams, facilitating knowledge transfer, creating value stream maps, supporting supplier performance management, assisting expert witnesses, and managing construction stage contract and claims management, including change management and cost control.
