Hill International is seeking a Risk Manager in Berkeley, California. This role involves maintaining and updating the ALS-U Risk Management Plan, serving as the principal project advisor on risk management, and providing independent assessments of threats and opportunities. The Risk Manager will facilitate risk reviews, develop risk statements, and manage risk information in designated systems. A key aspect of the role is developing and maintaining integrated cost and schedule risk analysis models, performing various simulations and analyses, and evaluating the realism of risk assessments. The position requires close coordination with Project Controls and the ability to interpret quantitative results for diverse audiences. The Risk Manager will also support baseline changes, recovery plans, and conduct forward-looking assessments of critical project elements. This includes evaluating risks associated with vendor delivery, staffing, funding, construction, commissioning, and operational transition, as well as assessing proposed management decisions and external dependencies.
