Requirements

Several years of experience in risk management, compliance, audit, or a related field.
Proven track record of building and managing recurring controls and monitoring routines.
Experience in people management, with the ability to work hands-on while setting direction.
A risk-based approach and process efficiency, with good judgment balancing compliance and business needs.
Strong communication and collaborator management skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a global software, SaaS, or technology company.
Familiarity with due diligence screening tools or compliance benchmark reporting.
Experience in operationalizing audit remediation.

Responsibilities

Provide oversight of the risk management lifecycle — ensuring partners are in compliance and managing onboarding, due diligence, ongoing monitoring, and offboarding.
Conduct ongoing monitoring to detect, investigate, and resolve any issues involving partners, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
Lead the program's systems and screening processes, setting functional requirements, and prioritizing the roadmap.
Engage directly with diligence reviews, risk ratings, and critical issues, using good judgment in higher-risk situations.
Own and manage metrics and reporting, offering leadership clear insights into partner risk and control efficiency.
Advance program maturity with a risk-based approach, streamlining and automating workflows.
Set clear compliance expectations for partners, maintain policies, and drive accountability.
Manage and develop a small team, setting expectations, allocating work, and mentoring for overall success.
Build positive relationships across various departments, clearly communicating risks and recommendations.
