About The Position

This role involves identifying, designing, developing, implementing, and executing new and existing processes, policies, goals, and solutions to reduce potential risks. The Risk Manager II will create schedules, identify and communicate risks to stakeholders, define risk mitigation strategies, and facilitate appropriate engineering solutions. This position will also develop system requirements to streamline and simplify tools used to manage and enhance operational productivity, accuracy, and effectiveness for customers, and evaluate the effectiveness of current or future systems. Collaboration with other departments is key for integrating with business systems and processes. The role requires maintaining metrics, reports, and process documentation to monitor and analyze delivery performance and key controls. Additionally, the Risk Manager II will manage cross-functional teams and/or third-party vendors for the implementation of project/program requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • One year of experience in the job offered or as a Program or Project Manager, or a related occupation.
  • One year of experience in managing projects from design to implementation to meet regulatory requirements.
  • One year of experience in analyzing data utilizing Excel, Tableau, or SQL.
