A key part of the role involves analyzing and interpreting relevant Florida Statutes, State Board of Education Regulations, and school board policies. The position requires a high level of skill in human relations, conflict resolution, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and both written and verbal communication. Proficiency in computer programs, spreadsheets, and data processing is essential, as is the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. All prospective employees must pass a Level 2 background check.
