We are currently seeking a Risk Management Specialist to join our team at our headquarters in Philadelphia, PA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's (or equivalent) with 5 or more years of contract admin. experience
  • Strong understanding of corporate insurance programs in a professional services environment
  • Strong command of English grammar and solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office software, i.e., Word and Excel
  • Must be a team player able to work cross-functionally among departments and offices

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with engineering contracts a plus

Responsibilities

  • Conducts contract review and administration in support of contract acquisition and fulfillment
  • Oversees subcontract administration; reviews and negotiates requested changes
  • Reviews contract performance requirements and performance schedules
  • Advises management of contractual rights and obligations; compiles and analyzes data; and maintains historical information
  • Monitors company conformance with contract requirements
  • Review all client contract insurance requirements and identify items that may not be satisfied by existing insurance programs
  • Coordinate directly with the company's insurance broker to evaluate contract-specific insurance obligations and confirm coverage availability
  • Manage certificate of insurance compliance
  • Prepares and disseminates information regarding contract status, compliance, modification, deviation and termination
  • Maintains contractual records and documentation including correspondence, customer contact information, contract changes and status reports
  • Participates in teaming agreements and strategic marketing alliance negotiations between company and outside sources
  • Works closely with Project Managers, Project Accounting and Business Development
  • Supports contract/subcontract education and training
