About The Position

KeyBank’s Enterprise Analyst Program is a multi-week training program designed to facilitate the transition from college to a full-time career at Key. The program offers insights into Key’s business and strategic pillars, details about industry-leading employee benefits, networking events with Analysts from various teams, presentations from the Executive Leadership Team, and relevant training before starting a full-time role. Upon completion of the training, Analysts join their Line of Business, either beginning a rotational program within their group or starting their full-time role. Continued development is supported through mentorship opportunities, fostering shared learning, professional development, and career goal assistance. The Risk Management Rotational Analyst Program aims to develop KeyBank risk professionals through comprehensive training, work experience, cross-functional exposure, and robust feedback mechanisms. The program begins with several weeks of foundational training, followed by 12 months of rotations, each lasting six months. Essential functions include analytics and reporting, regulatory reporting, assessing and monitoring risk and control processes, conducting research and analysis with integrity and accuracy, and evaluating problems across a wide range of risks. Rotational placements can be in Anti-Money Laundering, Enterprise Risk, Operational Risk, Compliance, Credit Risk, Market and Treasury Risk, or Model Risk.

Requirements

  • Must obtain a four-year degree by May 2027 or December 2026
  • Outstanding academic achievement (minimum undergraduate 3.3 GPA)
  • Bring solid analytical, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

  • Focused coursework in finance, accounting, actuarial science, economics and/or data science (preferred)
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork from past work experience and/or extracurricular activities – relevant work or internship experience (preferred)
