About The Position

The 2027 Americas Risk Management Internship is a 10-week program for undergraduate students, with placement in one of several risk areas, or “stripes.” Interns who successfully complete the program will be offered full-time analyst positions after graduation in ARM’s rotational program, which provides structured placements across several participating teams. Day-to-day work depends on the risk placement. Credit Risk interns support wholesale and counterparty credit analysis, including assigning Probability of Default and Regulatory Ratings, conducting detailed financial analysis, and supporting portfolio management through risk reporting and monitoring credit exposures and limits. Market Risk interns contribute to measuring, monitoring, and reporting market risks to senior stakeholders and work with trading desks on limits structures and reviews of large transactions. Non-Financial Risk interns review risk profiles, challenge business and oversight functions on processes and controls, analyze risk data and framework components, and recommend risk-mitigating solutions. Greenhill & Co., Inc., part of Mizuho Americas, provides financial advice on mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, financings, and capital raising to clients globally, with offices in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
