About The Position
The Risk Management Analyst identifies, assesses, and manages risks related to patient safety, clinical practices, and healthcare operations within a medical facility. The role evaluates medical practices, develops risk management strategies, implements safety programs, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards. Its goal is to minimize risks, prevent adverse events, and improve overall patient care and safety.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in healthcare risk management, patient safety, or clinical operations.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and influence teams across various departments.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to risk management.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree.
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) or similar certification.
