About The Position

RiVidium is seeking a Risk & Issue Manager to support the planned MODES III team for Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP). This role is crucial for supporting Program Management and ensuring mission-focused outcomes for service members, families, and stakeholders. The manager will oversee the PWS C.5.1 risk and issue framework, maintain the risk register, conduct impact analyses, and coordinate mitigation strategies aligned with modernization milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Relevant experience aligned to the role and labor category; openings may be filled at Lead (15+ yrs), Mid (5-8 yrs).
• Ability to satisfy applicable Government personnel security requirements for the assigned role.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills in a mission-focused delivery environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting Federal or DoD contract delivery, reporting cadence, and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience working with dashboards, metrics, schedules, and formal deliverable management.
• Familiarity with CLIN management, invoicing support, or program performance reporting, as applicable to the role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the program risk and issue register and monitor mitigation progress.
• Perform impact analysis and support escalation of emerging risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with technical, outreach, and PMO teams to keep mitigation actions on track.
• Contribute to weekly and monthly reporting on program health and execution status.
