Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
  • 1-5 years experience in related field
  • Submit to and satisfactorily complete pre-employment background, medical, alcohol, and drug screening
  • Must possess a valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update risk registers, ensuring proper documentation, ownership, and tracking of mitigation actions
  • Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and evaluate effectiveness of risk management programs
  • Coordinate with insurance brokers, carriers, and underwriters to support underwriting submissions, data collection, and coverage strategy
  • Lead contract review for insurance and risk transfer, evaluating indemnification provisions, insurance requirements, and allocation of risk across agreements
  • Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual insurance requirements, certificates, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Track insurance renewals, premiums, invoicing, and related financial activities; support reconciliation and collaborate with Finance on billing accuracy
  • Support claims management activities, including coordination with brokers, documentation, resolution tracking, and trend analysis
  • Serve as a risk management resource to Finance, Legal, Operations, and field teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise risk strategy
  • Support compliance activities including audits, regulatory requirements, and insurance-related reporting obligations
  • Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and executive-level summaries to communicate risk exposure, program performance, and key initiatives
