Requirements

  • Be pursuing a degree in business or related field
  • Strong technology proficiency (strong skills in Excel required)
  • Above average communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, and ability to prioritize work to meet numerous levels of deadlines
  • Demonstrated drive, initiative, and work ethic

Responsibilities

  • Support projects in support of the team relating to various aspects of enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, countering, and fraud.
  • Set up of existing vendors within the bank’s vendor management system including contract terms, in support of assessing the inherent and residual risk of all third parties.
  • Development of risk assessments to identify the inherent risk, controls and residual risks for the Company’s 8 independent business lines.
  • Assist with coordination of collection of information for bank audits and reviews.
  • Organize team files across multiple databases and develop a library for document tracking.
  • Update presentations and reporting in support of various management committees.
