The City of Grand Junction is seeking a knowledgeable and collaborative professional to support the City's workers' compensation, property liability, and risk management programs. As the Risk and Safety Analyst, you will process and investigate claims, analyze trends, conduct safety inspections, provide training, and support strategies that reduce risk, control costs, and promote a culture of safety. Reporting to the Risk and Safety Manager, you will work collaboratively with departments across the organization to support workers' compensation, claims management, safety, and risk management initiatives. The successful candidate will have experience in claims administration, investigations, data analysis, and regulatory compliance, along with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
