About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Risk Analyst to join our team. The Risk Analyst will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and evaluating potential risks that may impact the organization. This individual will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies to mitigate these risks and ensure the safety and security of our patients, employees, and assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to risk management and healthcare

Nice To Haves

• Certified Risk Manager (CRM) or other relevant certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential risks to the organization
• Develop and implement risk management strategies and protocols
• Review and update existing policies and procedures related to risk management
• Monitor and track incidents and accidents, and provide recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure compliance with risk management protocols
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in risk management
• Prepare and present reports on risk management to senior leadership
• Act as a liaison with insurance providers and legal counsel
