About The Position

As a Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing potential risks that may impact our organization. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing risk management strategies to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients, staff, and organization as a whole. You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to identify potential risks, analyze data, and develop effective risk mitigation plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in risk management, business, healthcare administration, or related field
• Knowledge of risk management principles, practices, and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
• Experience with incident reporting and investigations

Nice To Haves

• Certification in risk management (e.g. ARM, CRM) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures
• Communicate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure understanding of risk management strategies and policies
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management strategies and make recommendations for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to risk management and make necessary adjustments to policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and agencies to stay informed of potential risks and best practices
• Train and educate staff on risk management policies and procedures
• Conduct investigations and respond to incidents as needed
• Prepare reports and presentations on risk management for leadership and regulatory agencies
