Clive Behavioral Health is a 100-inpatient bed stand-alone mental health hospital. This role will help identify potential risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist in maintaining a safe and secure operational environment. Additionally, the Risk and Quality Assistant will work directly with the Director of Risk Management and Performance Improvement on auditing, data entry, camera reviews, meeting preparation, and other general clerical and administrative responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Must have current computer knowledge in word, excel, power point; other software specialty knowledge a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in oral and written communication skills (grammar and spelling) necessary for communication with employees, physicians, and guests of the hospital.
  • Ability to professionally interact with patients, facility leadership, providers, visitors etc.
  • Experience within a healthcare setting, preferably psychiatric experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying, analyzing, and evaluating risk management and performance improvement data.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership.
  • Maintain documentation related to risk and compliance activities such as meeting minutes and action plans.
  • Review and compile quality metric data surrounding patient satisfaction, core measures compliance, performance indicators, and review action plan progress towards goals.
