About The Position

Patricio Enterprises is looking to fill a Risk Analyst position in support of Marine Corps System Command (MCSC), Program Manager Advanced Amphibious Assault (PM AAA) with particular focus on engineering and analytical support for ACV CM and Risk Management (RM) operations.

Requirements

Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook and Excel
Attention to detail ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance
Must possess professional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Must possess excellent organizational skills and work as part of a cohesive team
4+ years of related professional experience with a Bachelor's Degree
Experience performing RM and CM in support of an ACAT Level I - III program of record
Conducted in-depth analysis of RM processes, developing measurements to monitor key phases of RM, and maintaining RM Plans
Organized and managed the Internal Risk Management Board process and maintained currency of a Risk Registry and associated mitigation strategies
Assessed PQDRs and delivered reports to the customer that provide status updates and track action items resulting from technical assessments and reviews
Conducted in-depth analysis of CM processes, developing measurements to monitor key phases of CM, and maintaining CM Plans
Reviewed and evaluated program artifacts (drawings, vendor deliverables, ECPs, and TDPs), and coordinated and participated in engineering and technical assessments
Organized and managed CRBs and CCBs, conducted FCAs and PCAs, and maintained currency of an ECP and Deviation repository based on results from these events

Evaluate program artifacts and maintain and update a repository of ECPs and Deviations based on CCB results
Support the conduct of Functional and Physical Configuration Audits
Assisting the Government in preparing for the reviews
Providing comments and adjudications to action items assigned during the reviews
Providing a status of action items through close out
Maintaining the RM Plan and process
Analyzing RM processes
Developing measurements to monitor key RM process phases
Assessing PQDRs
Assist in organizing and managing the PM AAA internal Risk Management Board (RMB) process
Evaluate program artifacts and maintain and update a repository of Risk and risk mitigations based on RMB results
