Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• No experience required
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience working with spreadsheets and databases
• Understanding of exposure modeling
• Intermediate Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee and evaluate construction project budgets, ensuring financial accuracy and alignment with project goals.
• Manage project-based financial accounting, conduct job costing analysis, and process vendor payments and invoices.
• Provide day-to-day analytical support to business partners to help shape effective strategies and deliver long-term project outcomes.
• Under close supervision, plan and conduct assignments that demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of your field.
• Participate in analyzing findings and presenting recommendations, all while adhering to regulatory, compliance, and market standards.
